How do i get rid of the twitter chat box on the right hand side?

and also, if i dont have reloader, how can i take screen caps?!

There is a little box that comes up to the top right hand corner of the player video that's playing if you run the cursor over it actually two of them click the one to the left and it will release the player to a separate mode and you loose the twitter.

I don't know if I am making any sense.

I can't take screen caps only with bbviewer or loader.

Hi Kimmie!! I gave up on Real and got BBreloader like we had last year. I had major problems with Real at the beginning and haven't opened it since. Wish I could help you.

I need some real player help. I had to "reset" my realplayer because I couldn't get it working at all. So, now if I go to the Superpass website I can view all four feeds and choose which feeds I want to view, but on that website I can't be on AABB at the same time. Before, I had Real Player on it's own screen totally separate. I have that back, but I no longer have the feature where I can choose which feed to watch. It is making updating hard because I can only watch one feed at a time and can't jump feeds when I see something going on on another feed.

BBviewer or loader is not an option, I am on a MAC. I am getting so frustrated, can anyone help. This just started yesterday, which is why I reset it... that didn't help.

I can't update when on Super Pass. That's why my updates were shitty this morning.

I signed up for the feeds the other day. Everything went through, the icon was on my desk top---But, when I got to the Terms of Agreement area where I needed to click on "Accept"---nothing happened. It didn't do anything. It didn't lock up my computer, but that Terms screen just locked up. I tried so many times. So, I just canceled the darn thing.

Does any of that make sense? lol Has anyone had that problem, and/or can anyone help me with that?

Moody try holding your mouse over the left side of the screen and it should show realplayer. click on that

I fixed it, I ended up going to Jokers and clicking on the Watch the live feeds icon that showed the fullscreen with the four at the bottom. Whew!

Great Moody. I had no idea what to do.

I had to reload real player several times and start over never had to do that before. It may just decide to stop working for no reason.

YAY!!! I finally have the feeds. Hubby was on the phone with the Realplayer tech guy for almost 45 minutes....ugh.
