| I can't believe I am the only one here that watches this show but I don't see where we have discussed it before. I love this show and think it is one of the best ones on. Did anybody watch this past Sunday night? Talk about a teaser....One Birth, One Death. Death only lasted a few seconds but it technically was a death. | You're not the only one! I've watched since the first episode out of love for Matthew Rhys. (*dreamy sigh*) I hope Kitty begins divorce proceedings! Robert's an ass. |

| I agree! He is never going to put family first. I guess it is the same with all politicians and some spouses can put up with it better than others. I thought Rob Lowe was leaving the show and really did expect him to die last night. They surprised me. I noticed when Kitty was talking to the baby she said it was just the two of them. Looks like Tommy is about to be in the fire over the business deal. I hate he did it illegally but I am glad to see him want Holly out and his family back in. It ticked me off when he sided with Holly and let his uncle, brother, and sister go. I know Holly makes an interesting character to play off of but I hate that she is in the family business and seems to be in control most of the time. I could have smacked her when she was behind throwing them out of their Dad's company. Wonder how the 'new' brother is going to fit in? _________________ I JUST TRY AND SEE THE BEST IN PEOPLE.... | I watch, I watch! I've loved it since day one! Dysfunctional is not strong enough a word to describe this family LOL Rumors were that 'Tommy' was leaving the show; may be the reason for another sibling. I'm not sure what to make of all the other dangling chads I'd like to see them tie up some of these other storylines and go more deeply into some of the others they just touched on. Maybe that will be new bro's job... opening Pandora's Box |

| Somehow I got it in my head that the 2 hour was the finale. Then I saw the ad for next week's show. I agree about Robert...I haven't felt that he really fit in with the Walkers. The Walkers are like a train wreck that you can not turn away from. _________________ We did not change as we grew older; we just became more clearly ourselves. | Count me in as a big fan of this show also. I love brothers Kevin and Justin the best. So happy Justin has set a goal for himself...to become a doctor! And Sally Field...she's fantastic! Yes, I did pick up Kitty's line at the end about now it's the two of us! Every week I find myself crying over something that happens on this show! _________________ "To everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven."

| Recap by Sarah Jersild, in case anyone missed it. For a few minutes there on "Brothers & Sisters", it looked like Tommy Walker was turning into a responsible adult and a decent human being. Hah! Plus, Ryan continues to get his creep on, Kitty suffers new-mother syndrome, Robert is oblivious and Kevin gets more action than anyone. The Walker boys go down Mexico way for some peace and quiet and sense-talking. Alas, they neglected to look at their calendar. "It's Spring Break, bitches!" one of the drunken co-eds yodels at them. Oh, joy. Of course Tommy thinks this is kismet -- after all, they came down here to help Justin get over Rebecca, right? Well, no -- that's just the excuse Kevin and Justin used to get Tommy to go with them, because god forbid Tommy would consent to doing anything related to impending felony charge. Le sigh. After much screeching and drunkenness and a visit from the Shot Hottie, Justin loses it -- yes, I am completely broken up over Rebecca, and it's all your fault, Tommy! We're fighting because of your stupidity! Kevin finally admits that they came down to Baja so he could broach the idea of Tommy taking the plea -- I mean, you are guilty, and if you goes to trial, it will probably turn out badly. Tommy is pissed. It takes Justin getting menaced by an entire drunken fraternity to make Tommy see the light -- you guys are right, I screwed up, let me take steps to fix it. Then he waxes rhapsodic about the state of grace of the drunken college students surrounding them. They haven't had time to screw up yet! What if we could just start over, have a clean slate? Which is why there's no way Justin and Kevin should have been surprised when they discover that Tommy has fled -- sure, it sounded like he said he was taking the plea, but what he really said was "I'm taking the see... as in see-ya!" Ah, Tommy. You were doing so well for a few minutes there! Meanwhile, Kitty is dealing with both an infant and a big baby. Robert isn't taking his recuperation well, and he flatly rejects the idea of taking medication to deal with post-heart-attack depression. Kitty is too damn tired to argue with him -- and I know Robert is recuperating from a heart attack, but does that mean he's not physically capable of folding laundry? Kitty ends up popping Evan in the car and driving out to Nora's -- ostensibly to meet Ryan, but in fact because she's at her wits' end. She puts on a brave face for a while, and even perks up a bit when she starts arguing politics with Ryan, but she eventually admits that she's exhausted and overwhelmed and misses having adult conversations and wonders if she'll ever get the chance to shower again. Nora FINALLY goes into nurturing mode and sends Kitty to bed. Sarah warns Robert that it looks like Kitty is giving up. When she fights, it means she cares. When she doesn't... well, that's not good. And indeed, when Kitty gets back the next day, she can't be bothered to argue with Robert. Uh-oh. Finally, creepy Ryan creepily creeps around Rebecca. She asks if he's got a thing for her, and he denies it. After the political argument with Kitty brings up family values and a mother's love, Ryan goes back to Rebecca's and confesses that he thinks his mom killed herself, and that William Walker was somehow to blame. Dun dun DUN! |

I'm rarely disappointed in this show. Wasn't last night either LOL I don't know what to make of Ryan, his dead mother and Daddy Walker. Did she really kill herself? Was it murder made to look like suicide? Ryan bothers me. Don't know why, because I was prepared to like him. I mean, he's a Walker, so you have to find something endearing about him. Right?! Tommy will be back for the season finale. I'm excited to see how this is going to wind down. Wonder if there will be a cliffhanger. The Walker Family makes me feel 'normal' lmao |

| LOL Mappy...you WONDER if there will be a cliffhanger? Isn't there ALWAYS a cliffhanger with this show? Hee Hee! BTW...I am with you on Ryan I am not sure what I think about him yet either. Maybe William told Ryans mom that now that he was of age, he was going to tell him that he was his dad, adn she decided she couldn't deal with the shame...or maybe she flat out refused to let him, and it led to something a little more serious than embezzlement, if you know what I mean, but then William died before he got a chance to do the actual deed! I don't know, I just know I love to speculate! _________________ "Life isn't about surviving the storm, it's about remembering to dance in the puddles!"

| I like 'Single Dad' too and would be glad to see him paired with Kitty. Ryan is proving to be the creepy guy we all suspected. I am ready for him to leave the show. I don't like anything about him. I love that Sarah is going back to head up Ohi Foods. Wonder what Tommy will do when he comes come (I am sure he will)? I just can't bring myself to ever root for Holly. I think she is an interesting character but I would like to see her out of the family business. She can go do something else. She is a good counter point in the story line so I am sure she will be staying. Her character is just one of those for me that I know makes the story better but I want her out at the same time. LOL I do like she and her real life hubby together on the show. I became fans of theirs while watching Thirty Something (I think that was the name of the show). _________________ I JUST TRY AND SEE THE BEST IN PEOPLE.... Janelle Pierzina, August 2006
