Twilight': Bryce Dallas Howard to 'Eclipse' Rachelle Lefevre

When it comes to the "Twilight" books, "Eclipse" is really the one where the flame-haired vampire Victoria gets to shine, what with creating a rabid vampire army to go after Bella and the Cullens for killing her lover James and all.

Too bad Rachelle Lefevre, who's played Victoria in "Twilight" and the upcoming "New Moon," won't get to sink her teeth into the the really meaty part of the role.

The actress will be replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard for "Eclipse," Summit Entertainment announced on Tuesday (July 28).

Lefevre is committed to begin shooting the indie drama "Barney's Version" with Dustin Hoffman on Monday, Aug. 17 in Quebec, which happens to be the same production start date as "Eclipse" in Vancouver.

Hi all you dear posters. I know I started this thread and was a major contributor but then just stopped posting.......I'm sorry I haven't been around, I've been in a deep deep depression and more. I'm still in a real dark place but at last I'm able to come back to this thread and feel the friendship of my favorite posters. group hug

If I could get a passport and hubby and I could drive up to The Couv (as Kristen calls it) to watch the filming that is presently taking place I would finally be able to die a happy person. *Sigh*. Oh and a really lonnnnngggggggggg hug from Robert would certainly add to my bliss. Nudge, nudge, say no more. happy dance

AND WHY THE HECK IS IT NOT NOVEMBER 20th YET?

I think that New Moon will be even better than Twilight as far as special effects and production.....BIGGER BUDGET.....Twilight was filmed with a very small budget. So I am expecting great things....yes I am.
