Great string of walleye .... what a successful fishing trip! Love the three generations picture.

I am embarrassed to say this, but I just learned a much easier way to post pictures then I normally do. All this time I have clicked on the I for italic and so it's like this [i]and then added the mg myself. After all this time and all the pictures I have posted! Unbelievable. Thanks everyone!

Moody, I am so bad at the picture thing. That's why I never change my avitar. It's too complicated. I think Nick is talking about golf, which I find really boring, Sorry.

So, Nick: since you are the fitness genius, what's the best way to slim down the lower part of the body? Other than lunges and squats? Do you think bike riding is enough? Stopping all carbs? I need your help asap!!

Also, do you think 5 or 8 lb weights are enough for a women to tone her arms without bulking up?

Hey Hey... it is golf and it wasn't that exciting ... sorry for the presumption it would be at the end (wink) ... Cardio and watching what you it is perfect for that yes... I would stress a healthy diet because that's a big part of it ... In terms of the 5/8 pounders, it should work out just fine but if you find it to start getting too easy then you'd wanna bump the increments up some to keep the toning going... I just got done burying one of the lone remaining "fab four" cats we had through my childhood.... It was about that time that "Cuddles" passed away... she was about 18 and lived a long life ... we found her in our woods as a kitten and she's been kinda out of it for the last couple years here.... Hope everyone's questions were answered Smile
