I don't think she's dumb either. EVERYBODY makes mistakes. People can and do learn from their mistakes, that's part of growing up.

I'm jumping on the bandwagon too. I was so out of control when I was their age and I am totally different now. Hubby was even worse than I was but I'm so glad that I stood by him because I am married to a man, most woman would kill to have. If we could make it, I believe almost anyone can. Good luck to them.

I think Faith is beautiful, intelligent, filled with a feisty spirit and in love with James. Most of all she is very young. I wish her the best.

I like James, but as a mother of 24 yrs.old daughter I would tel her to dump him! But they are young and they can afford to be dumb ,but kids '' PROTECTION PLEASE''!!!

I am impressed they have made it this long in Paris. I thought they would have run home with their tails between their legs by now. That was my original prediction.

I was wondering how they got the Visa to stay as long as they have....

Not that if it is any of our business, but Faith and a friend of hers read our thread and she told me a few things that I was inaccurate regarding, James, her etc. that I can share with you.

Their Relationship

1) he did not cheat on her, the photo on his facebook was nothing and that is why she deleted the "ew" comment. They broke up prior to the photo being posted.

2)The moved to Paris to get a fresh start, unfortunately living together, they were not accomplishing what they wanted to and made the decision to live separately so they have no regrets of not living out their dreams.

3) They are encouraging each other to pursue their dreams rather than just hang out together all the time, and what they are doing is healthy for the relationship. Not sharing money, making their own friends, stuff that will make them both feel the accomplished stuff on their own. This way, no resentments etc.

4) Things between Faith are a lot more passionate and romantic than what we see on Facebook.

Faith's Career

1) Faith was a fashion designer back in LA

2) Faith is now doing advertising for nightlife, concerts, events to Paris' anglophone community. Additionally, she gives private tours to english speaking tourists. She helps them plan their trip, teaches them the ropes of the city (metro, taxis, food, etc), give them a day or two guided tour of the city to show them some sights and orient them with the city, and give restaurant/show recommendations.

I really appreciate her opening up about all this to me and do feel guilty about gossiping. I know that is what we do best, but I still feel guilty! You can probably understand better why I find her so fascinating. Despite all the negativity she has read about James and herself, she was still willing to "let me in", so to speak. Because I admire and respect Faith so much, I believe she has the sense to make wise decisions in who she has relationships with.
