'Big Brother' Winner Indicted on Drug Charge

"Big Brother" winner Adam Jasinski
was just formally charged with possession of Oxycodone with the intent
to distribute -- and he faces 20 years in the slammer if convicted.

The
federal indictment says Adam will have to hand over all the money and
property related to his alleged pill-peddling -- which may include some
of the $500,000 "Big Brother" prize he allegedly told cops he was using
to fund his illegal activities.

Adam was arrested nearly three
weeks ago for allegedly trying to sell a sock full of 2,000 Oxycodone
pills -- he's being held without bail because a judge considers him a
flight risk.

Did anyone listen to the audio of the drug deal on TMZ? The guy that Adam is talking to is definitely Matt from BB9, it sounds exactly like him...!! So Matt was in on this, guess they arent as close as everyone thought they were! Does anyone have updates to Matt supposedly being in trouble for stealing cars on his lot in Peabody? I cant find anything on it....

There have been no reports about the car thing, so I think it's probably either not him or a mistake since he works at the car lot.

As far as the tape, I doubt that too since it would be big news. People saying it is Matt are probably up to no good IMO.

The first reports of Adam's arrest stated that the informant was someone who had been arrested earlier that month for selling drugs and that person joined this sting for Adam. Clearly not Matt since he was in Vegas getting engaged. And why would Adam need to meet Matt in a parking lot? I'll never understand why some people want to make a bad situation even worse.

One of Adam Jasinski's former [color:3338=#29A256 ! important][color:3338=#29A256 ! important]housemates from Big Brother
is unloading on the Season 9 champion -- claiming the allegations that
he pissed away his prize money on a drug ring literally made her sick
to her stomach.



TMZ spoke with BB9 3rd place winner Sheila Kennedy,
who tells us when she found out that Adam had been arrested, "I was
bawling my eyes out ... I was crying .. It made me sick to my stomach
he got involved in this."

Sheila, who along with 6 other people voted to award Adam the $500,000
prize during the "jury house" portion of the show, tells us she feels
betrayed by Adam, because he had promised to give $100,000 to an autism
foundation.

Instead, cops say he used the cash to fund a [color:3338=#29A256 ! important][color:3338=#29A256 ! important]prescription [color:3338=#29A256 ! important]drug
ring. He was arrested last month in Massachusetts after allegedly
trying to deal 2000 pills of Oxycodone to a government informant.

And Sheila isn't the only former cast member who's lashing out at Jasinski -- Allison Nichols
tells us she hopes the judge throws the book at him, saying, "I hope
Adam gets the maximum time he deserves because this is terrible."

If convicted, Adam faces 20 years behind bars and up to a million dollars in fines.

Gee Whiz. Sheila isn't "lashing out" at Adam she said she cried her eyes out.. Allison (I forgot about her), her comments don't surprise me though you would think with her history of compulsive gambling she would have a wee bit of empathy. Poor Sheila, she looks like she was part of the crime in that photo. LOL

The other person on the tape is probably an undercover cop. How and why would it be taped if it were anyone else? What is the purpose in saying it is Matt? Weird...

Yeah I dont get it, I will try to find the site where people are saying how its Matt and Matt was working with the cops to try and bust Adam...its pretty interesting..It was someone claiming to know him and that Matt was traveling to Vegas with his girl around that time and was supposed to go to Ohio (which was said in the audio)..You know how the internet works though..Im sure that Matt didnt do anything...Around that time as well, his fiance took his name off her facebook page and just recently put it back up, thats why people were also wondering! Who knows whats going on...I hope it isnt true!

Matt and his fiance have put up with a lot of harrassment recently from his former girlfriend. I think they have been through enough. It has not been proven that he is any kind of informant.

That's horrible, sorry to hear that!! I hope his ex has left them alone by now, they dont deserve to be put through that, I feel bad for the fiance or any girl to have to deal with that, but I guess she knew what she was getting herself into when she started dating someone on tv, props to her! Im sure he isnt involved, just a rumor thats going around to try to stir up some more talk/drama..I figured if anybody would know the truth it would be someone on here! But you are right flowerpower, nobody should accuse unless there is some sort of proof! Sorry about that!
