According to New York County court records obtained by Star, Adam was arrested at his E. 33rd Street apartment on Feb. 10, 2004, after taking possession of an Airborne Express package containing more than 10 pounds of pot! The next day, Adam led police to a second apartment where an accomplice was found with another load of marijuana. Court papers add that MDA pills — a form of Ecstasy — and cocaine residue were also found during the bust

Just to clarify... she was shown in a Big Brother clip. She wasn't there at his arrest.

	Just for the record, my stance on drug prohibition is I think its bullshit. As long as alcohol is legal so should many other "illegal" drugs. Hemp is fine example, its a very useful plant, yet illegal in this country. I do not advocate the use of any drugs by minors.

Why do we, or more likely, just I, have to get over it? I can acknowledge what he did was wrong and stupid but still have sympathy and best wishes for someone I liked from the show.

Adam certainly did come across on the feeds as a guy who liked to "Blow at high dough". I have a feeling he'll be paying a high price for his series of bad decisions.

Why Boston though?

Why did he travel from Florida to Boston sell drugs?...that is what seems so odd to me. Do people in Florida not do drugs or something?

I wonder if a friend of his gave him a good drug contact in Boston.

I can only think that if Adam was using this drug for his own back pain or whereever, he might of just been rationalizing that its just helping others with their pain instead of distributing something thats obvious for abuse, ie cocaine, heroin, etc??? Alot of chronic pain patients want more than whats prescribed. I read that many people are getting stuff mailed to them from outside the country--eek-can't imagine the safety issues with that.

But regardless, its a fed min sent crime everywhere and someone with street smarts like Adam should have known that, the risk is just too high. I read that even getting caught with marijuana can you get you a min of 5 years.

Massachusetts is apparently a hot bed for this Oxy drug. The payoff is probably higher up north. The law is getting a lot of doctors in trouble if their patients get addicted so many of them will be reluctant to issue painkillers. People in chronic pain from accidents and diseases might be out of luck soon because many doctors are just not going to take the chance at getting 20 years.

Sadly, homegrown Meth is still the hotbed for my area.

There is a primary drug of choice everywhere I guess.

I still feel bad for both Adam and his family. Its fine if other's don't-it was stupid and is crime. Everyone has a right to their opinion.

A federal judge in Boston has denied a motion to release the reality meathead, who's been locked up since his arrest two weeks ago on drug-peddling charges.
"He is detained," court clerk Maria Simeone tells E! News, adding that U.S. District Judge Leo T. Sorokin "determined that the government had met its burden of proof based on the evidence and that the defendant posed a risk of flight."
The 31-year-old Florida native, who stirred up controversy by referring to autistic kids as "retards" during his run to the $500,000 grand prize in the ninth season of Big Brother last year, was busted in a sting operation on Oct. 17. He is accused of trying to sell two bags of the prescription painkiller oxycodone (aka hillbilly heroin) to an undercover G-man.
No word yet on the next court date. If convicted, Jasinski faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.

I hear what your saying Moody, I have feel mixed emotions about it. A part of me does feel sorry for all those that all into any kind of an addiction, especially drugs. The thing is selling them for a profit is just something that goes against the grain for me. I try to be opened minded but when it comes to drugs its such a scarey thing and have two sons I have a hard time feeling sorry for a dealer..jmo.. Sad

I don't feel the least bit sorry for Adam. He may have been an addict but he was educated with money. He could have fed his addiction w/o getting involved in dealing. I think his dealing had to do more with greed than any addiction he may have had.

I agree with this post. No matter what a person believes about unfair drug laws... it is the law. Adam is a lawbreaker and soon to be a criminal.

Fascinating. Just Adam being Adam. Sounds like the guy already owed Adam for a couple thousand bucks. The guy that Adam was selling to sounded like a radio personality of some sort.

I see it all the time in the pharmacy but I still blame the ppl who pick up the drugs, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink

I also listened to the video, did anyone else read the comments posted below? One person commented that it was Matty from that season that ratted out Adam. I know thats probably just crap, but thought I would mention it. In fact they seemed certain it was. but who knows.."shrugs"
