PostSubject: What's for dinner Tuesday?   January 22nd 2008, 5:13 am

This feels like Monday to me, since I had the day off yesterday, but I suppose I'll adjust. I always do. :|

Lunch, today, will be a salad with a variety of lettuce, deli turkey, julienned Swiss cheese, and Ranch dressing.

Dinner will be a burger (no bun) with Montreal seasoning and American cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms, and a side salad.

Oh, and I've got some Laughing Cow cheese and celery sticks, if I need a snack (I usually don't).

I hope those of you who have been under the weather (JW and Sydney) will soon be feeling better.

In the meantime, what's for dinner at your house, tonight?

Thank you Inky for your good wishes. I am feeling a bit better today, just need to regain my strength now! For dinner the girls are having honey garlic chicken, rice and green beans. I also made a big batch of Baked Chili, not sure which one my stomach is ready for so we shall see!

JW I hope you are feeling better.

Have a good Dinner everyone and Happy Tuesday Very Happy

Hey... I forgot. I made a roast and poured dark beer in it.

Lol - I had a nice roast and didn't want to make a stew out of it. So I covered it with garlic powder and put it in the crockpost and poured Choc beer ( a micro brewery here in Oklahoma) in it. Later in the cooking I put in potatoes, onions, carrots and some spices.

It was good.
