I'm going to head down to work for a bit, today, so dinner tonight will be easy: boneless chicken breasts topped with grilled mushrooms, Classico sun-dried tomato Alfredo, and mozzarella, baked in the oven for about an hour, with steamed broccoli and red peppers on the side.

How 'bout you? What's for dinner at your house?

That sounds good, Linda! It was cold (brrrrrrrrrrrrrr!) around here, yesterday, so I tried two new recipes -- Mexican black beans and rice and white chicken chili. Both were really good . . . or at least, the family liked them, and they didn't even realize they were low fat/low sodium. Very Happy
