| This "recipe" is so simple that I've never written it down. In fact, I never even thought about writing it down until my daughter (bless her heart) complained that she couldn't figure out how I made my ranch dip. Almost every dinner at my house includes veggies and dip, and out of all the dips you can buy at the store, this is my kids' and grandkids' absolute favorite. I hope this becomes a favorite at your house, too.
This originally came from a friend, but she didn't use it as a dip. She added a bit of milk to make it just a tidge "thinner." Then, she stirred in broccoli and cauliflower florettes, mixed it all up, and served it as a "salad." That's good, too, but since my kids never were wild about broccoli and cauliflower, I use it as a dip. Enjoy!
Ranch Dip
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch Dressing (the powder) 1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Stir everything together, thoroughly. Chill, serve, and voila! . . . quick and easy happiness in a bowl._________________ MODERATOR Counting down the days till our next trip . . . |
