Exotic Crab Meat Salad

Here's something else I plan to make today. I work, so I do a lot of prepping on the weekends to make the weekdays a bit easier.

Exotic Crab Meat Salad

1/4 c. chili sauce
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. lemon juice, divided
1/2 t. salt
1 lb. jumbo lump crab meat
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped Brazil nuts (I plan to use some slivered almonds I have in the freezer.)
lettuce
avocado (optional)

Combine chili sauce, mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and salt in a small bowl. Add crab meat, celery and nuts; mix lightly and refrigerate. At serving time, spoon salad on lettuce.

Optional: Garnish with avocado slices dipped in remaining lemon juice.

Makes 6 servings. 3 carbs per serving.

Frozen. From Krogers. lol!

The crabs we get from the good ol' Ohio River aren't all that tasty. Laughing
