I found this recipe on

I've taken it to several cookouts this summer and it has been a big hit.
Grilled Corn Salad
2 ears grilled corn (cut off cob)
1 avocado, chopped
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
3 tbls chopped cilantro
Dressing:
3 tbls. vegetable oil
1 tbls. honey
juice of 1 lime
1 clove garlic minced
salt
pepper
dash of cayenne
Put corn, tomatoes, cilantro and avocado in bowl. Mix dressing ingredients seperately.
Add to corn mixture, stir gently.
Chill and enjoy!
