2tablespoons cold strong brewed coffee or water
1egg
Filling

Topping
1/4cup creamy peanut butter
1/4cup milk

3.In small microwavable bowl, beat peanut butter, milk and 2 tablespoons sugar with wire whisk until smooth. Microwave uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds, stirring after 30 seconds, to thin for drizzling. Drizzle mixture over filling. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with peanuts. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until set. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

Geezus, Kim, your daughters are two BEAUTIES!!
You are really blessed!!
There is NO denying they are your girls, that is for sure!!
I always wanted to look like my Mom...but I was the only daughter that had more of my Dad's features.
So I would make a very handsome MAN! Laughing

KAssidy is built just like her father but has my freckles!
She has the bluest of eyes with her dark hair and is very tall.
She starts to look a bit more like me each year but from the back she walks just like her dad. Which will probably be nice for her since I carry myself in the "rear end" LOL

I think she is going to be the spitting image of you, Kim!
I love that she is tall too!!!!
Growing up I was a very tall beanpole and my three sisters were short and very petite.
I hated being tall when I was younger but I love being tall now!

A-w-w-w, Kimmie, what great pictures! Your mom is looking good, and your daughters are just beautiful! I love the freckles! Reminds me of my sister when we were younger. Did your dad enjoy the holiday dinner you fixed for him? I think you changed a few things up for him, didn't you?

Well, darn it! I was thinking you were going to make some special dishes (maybe sugar free? maybe low carb?) for your dad (or maybe not for your dad; because of your dad). I really must be losing my mind! Sorry 'bout that.

Oh!!!

No, you arent losing your mind.
You are correct about the sugar free.
I made a sweet potato casserole with pecans . It was very good.
and also a sugar free pumpkin pie with a pecan crust. (also, VERY good)
