 Celery Seed Dressing

I just finished whipping up a batch of this wonderful dressing. It is exceptionally good on a simple salad of greens, cucumber, grilled chicken, and perhaps some sharp smoked cheddar. My step-mother also used to use a similar dressing for potato salad.

Celery Seed Dressing
from Murphin Ridge Inn

1-1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 t. celery seed

Whisk everything together ahead of time so that the sugar dissolves in the dressing.

NOTE: I make this low carb by substituting Splenda for the sugar.
