I have a list of books that I want to read, and I am constantly adding more to the list. At the moment, my list is quite long, and I look like a nut pulling out my ragged list each and every time I walk into a bookstore.

* well that isn't my entire list, but those are just a few that I am wanting to read. I also am interested in reading the series of books by Libba Bray, The Gemma Doyle Trilogy, and so many others. I read a book and most of them I ship back to my mother and cousin to read, but if any of you are interested, I have quite a few books around here, and maybe we can organize some kind of book swap/club?

That would be awesome, we could put each other on the list of a book, then read it and send it to the next. When everyone has read it, it goes back to the owner!

Oh! No! Then people would know how slow a reader I am!

Well, when BB is going strong I get REALLY slow.

I am looking at my book pile with no less than 10 books awaiting my attention. My hubby gets me books for every occasion and between work, AABB and the daily grind of living, my reading is going at a snail's pace!

Jume would be GREAT! LOL.....Please let me know what you think of Suite Francaise when you are finished. I was telling my mother about it, and she asked if anyone had recommended that book, so I would love to be able to give her a little review from someone.

By the way, on a side note, I wanted to mention a lovey pm I recieved. I mistakenly went to the old board this morning and to my amazement, I had a message from Lisa Burdziejko, the author of [/u]Still Breathing[u]. I was shocked. She had googled her name, saw what I had written about her book and how much I enjoyed it, and send me a very kind pm thanking me for the recommendation.
I was totally impressed because it was completely genuine, and so unexpected.

Fame, that's great that she contacted you. I saw the username too and thought WTH?? Is she a producer on BB? I didn't make the connection. I wonder what she thought when she took a look at the site. I would say we're not your average book club site. She must have also thought WTH?!? Anyway, in case others might be googling....Stephen Colbert is a Golden God.
